VVMS- Salesforce Laptop Giveaway- A Success!
Seeing 400 students and family members this weekend was so inspiring and energizing. 50 Salesforce volunteers and 40 VVMS staff came here to help along with volunteers from the San Francisco Police Department and SF Ed Fund. We gave away 200 laptops to families, we have enough for 3 computer carts, and were able to give 40 VVMS staff members laptops. We signed up an additional 125 families on School Loop and placed coding in the center of our work. We made progress in increasing access for our families and the VisValley community. People were happy, appreciative, and proud to be a part of our school. What a great day for VVMS.
